About Bottega
Bottega is a deal presentation platform. We help business owners create structured listing pages and put them in front of qualified buyers. We are not a broker, agent, or financial advisor. We do not take success fees, hold client funds, or represent either party in a transaction.
Seller responsibilities
By submitting a listing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for the content of your listing. Bottega may edit listings for clarity and presentation, but the underlying facts remain your responsibility. Do not include information that is confidential, defamatory, or legally restricted.
Buyer responsibilities
By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are a genuine prospective buyer with the financial capacity to complete an acquisition. You agree not to contact sellers outside the Bottega platform or to share listing information with third parties without prior written consent.
No transaction guarantee
Bottega does not guarantee that any listing will result in a completed transaction. We do not verify the accuracy of seller-provided financials. All buyers are advised to conduct independent due diligence before making any acquisition decision.
Listing removal
Bottega reserves the right to remove any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content, or that violates these terms. Sellers may withdraw their listing at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bottega is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, reliance on listing content, or the outcome of any transaction. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
